Our Clinical24 brand is an established supplier of specialist medical staff looking for a senior recruiter to join the team in Belfast.

A healthcare recruitment background preferred although we will consider experience from another sector, however, any potential recruitment consultant must possess the following:

- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking & resourcing strategy abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
- **Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements.
- Relationship management
- Ensuring Targets and KPI’s are met at all times
