Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process orders and manage pricing

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth

• Utilize strong IT skills to manage CRM and office software

• Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the transport and travel industry

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the transport and travel industry

• Strong sales and administration skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in office and CRM software

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Working Hours: 9-5pm, Monday to Friday
