We are committed to ensuring that our projects positively impact the community and the environment, both during construction and upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and surveys for proposed construction projects.
  • Analyse project plans and specifications.
  • Extract information from drawings and tender documents to calculate costs for materials, labour, plant, and sub-contract packages, in line with the agreed program of works.
  • Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare tenders for review by directors.
  • Submit tenders and address any post-tender queries or value engineering proposals.
  • Occasionally provide commercial support on live contracts, including pricing variations, preparing valuations, and assisting with subcontract placements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in estimating.
  • Comfortable with estimating from first principles and producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-working abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in all interactions.
