Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a positive brand experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for our brand, and helping them find what they're looking for with a kind and helpful attitude. You'll also be responsible for achieving the store's objectives, maintaining a well-organized shop, and staying up-to-date with our latest products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting our brand values.
- Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and key performance indicators by transmitting the differential value of our brand to customers.
- Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, and daily reports to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
- Shop Image: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date shop to offer our customers a great shopping experience.
- Cultural Fit: Be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- English and other languages would be a plus.
