About the Role

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our accounts team as a Financial Operations Assistant. This is an office-based role that requires a high level of numeracy and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate sales invoices and credit notes
  • Monitor aged debtor reports
  • Process and post supplier invoices
  • Reconcile employees' weekly expense and mileage claims
  • Perform bank reconciliation and credit control
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • AAT level 2 desirable
  • Experience of Xero accounting software or similar cloud-based accounting system
  • Good IT and software skills, including GSuite and Microsoft Excel
Personal Attributes
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Able to work well within a small team
  • Willing to work alone when required
