Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Provide technical support to resolve process-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Assist in New Product Introduction and provide manufacturing and technical expertise
  • Produce CNC programs for various machine tools
  • Build relationships with tooling suppliers and participate in improvement programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in production technologies and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a Manufacturing/Process Engineering role
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3D CAD modeling
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment and read technical drawings
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience on CAD/CAM systems (Solidworks/Alphacam/Catia)

Shifts:

We operate a 4-day working week (37.5 hours)

  • Day Shift: Monday to Wednesday - 07:00 to 17:00 & Thursday 07:00 to 16:30
  • Earlies: Monday to Wednesday - 06:00 to 16:00 & Thursday 06:00 to 15:30
  • Lates: Monday to Wednesday – 13:00 to 23:00 & Thursday 13:00 to 22:30
