Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, cycle time, rates per hour, yield, and scrap
  • Provide technical support to resolve process-related issues
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures
  • Assist in New Product Introduction and provide manufacturing and technical expertise
  • Produce CNC programs for various machine tools
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders, manufacturing team members, and build relationships with tooling suppliers
  • Implement improvement programs and initiatives using Lean Manufacturing strategies

Requirements:

  • Possess a good work ethic and be efficient in job duties

  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Deliver own tasks to time, quality, and cost
  • Highly motivated and confident, a self-starter with initiative and capable of working with minimal supervision

  • Manage multiple projects and different stages
  • Prioritize tasks effectively

Shifts:

Note: we operate a 4-day working week (37.5 hours)

  • Day Shift - Monday to Wednesday - 07:00 to 17:00 & Thursday 07:00 to 16:30
  • Earlies - Monday to Wednesday - 06:00 to 16:00 & Thursday 06:00 to 15:30
  • Lates - Monday to Wednesday – 13:00 to 23:00 & Thursday 13:00 to 22:30
