About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bexhill, East Sussex. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live a more comfortable, dignified, and liberated life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to live independently, including budget management, paying bills, and organizing appointments.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting their understanding of the world around them.
  • Encourage community and social inclusion, supporting individuals to access and participate in local events and activities.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting medication and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
