Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement 24-hour management plans, risk assessments, and activity planners to ensure the young person's needs are met.
- Take on key worker roles, including casework and report writing, to provide comprehensive support.
- Work collaboratively with the therapeutic team to create a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive annual salary of £29,000 to £37,000, depending on experience.
- A £500 welcome bonus after completing the 6-month probation period.
- A £500 loyalty bonus after completing 12 months of service following a successful probation.
- Training and professional development opportunities to suit your needs and interests.
- A comprehensive wellbeing program, including employee assistance and health and wellbeing initiatives.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to obtain it.
- A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
- An enhanced DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
