We are seeking a skilled Adult Care Coordinator to join our team at Danforth Care Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for promoting the social and recreational aspects of daily living for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote the social and recreational aspects of daily living for residents
  • Engage with the local community to ensure residents have access to various activities and services
  • Work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude, be keen to learn and improve their performance, and be committed to communicating with customers to understand their needs. Salary £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience and location.
