Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our property management team as an intern.

As a Property Management and Lettings Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the lettings team with the management of our properties in London.

Your daily tasks will include attending and arranging property visits and annual inspections, assisting new tenants, arranging work on properties, liaising with contractors, updating and maintaining our property management system, and advertising and promoting property vacancies.

You will also be responsible for any other ad hoc administration duties as required.

Travel and lunch expenses will be covered up to £10 per day.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong negotiation skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

You should be a self-motivator and computer literate with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.

This internship can lead to the possibility of a full-time permanent job for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and arrange property visits and annual inspections
  • Assist new tenants
  • Arrange work on properties
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Update and maintain our property management system
  • Advertise and promote property vacancies
