Job Title: Teammanager / Teamleider

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teammanager / Teamleider to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our materials inventory and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available when needed.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement, NPD, and other teams to ensure that our planning cycle is aligned and efficient.
  • Lead a small team of inventory coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Manage raw materials, inventory, and ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain or materials management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Confidence using SAP MRP and other business systems.
  • A knack for analyzing data, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
  • A creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
