Job Summary:The Deputy Head Housekeeper will assist the Head Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including supervising staff and coordinating cleaning schedules.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including attention to detail and adherence to quality control procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
