Leadership Opportunity in Pediatric Psychiatry

We are recruiting for an experienced Pediatric Psychiatrist Leader to join our clinical team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team, and contributing to the development of innovative strategies to improve child and adolescent mental health services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric psychiatry, with experience in working with children and adolescents who have complex mental health needs. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary of £93,666 - £126,281 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adolescents in Blackpool, and contribute to the development of best practices in child and adolescent mental health care.
