As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services on weekends, working closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to clients on weekends, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work closely with clients and their families to understand their care requirements and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements
- At least one year's experience in hourly care, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to care delivery.
- Full Home Instead training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
Compensation
The salary for this role is £200 per weekend, providing a competitive and attractive package for the right candidate.
