Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Operations Specialist for AI SaaS. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our daily financial operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with our CPA and core team.
  • Utilize Stripe for billing and dispute resolution, as well as QuickBooks for financial management.
  • Manage vendors, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Work closely with our financial service providers, CPA, and core team to address any financial issues, minimizing delays and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex financial situations.
  • Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
