Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO's schedule, prioritising tasks, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Filtering and responding to high-priority communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with department leads and external partners.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in executive support roles (e.g., as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives).
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
  • A proven ability to manage complex projects and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management capability.

Salary Range

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
