About the Role

Randstad Education is currently seeking a highly motivated Learning Facilitator for Children to join our team in Plymouth. As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  2. Develop and implement engaging activities for students
  3. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children in a UK school setting
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
  • Able to adapt teaching support according to individual student needs
  • Safeguarding skills and knowledge
