Job Overview


We are currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at our Farnham base. This is a full-time, permanent role that involves working individually or as part of a team to deliver our services to commercial clients and residential property management companies.



Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge, shrub pruning, weeding, planting & mulching, operating under site health & safety guidelines.


This role also involves working in a small team environment, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all tasks are completed to a pre-agreed customer/site service level.



Requirements



  • Relevant horticultural knowledge and experience of leading & motivating a small team's service delivery
  • Recent experience in working as part of a small team under health & safety guidelines to an agreed customer/site service level
  • Familiar with using Smart Phone or equivalent tablet apps
  • Driving License and be comfortable driving light commercial vehicles to our customer base
