Purpose and Context

We have been engaged by Pertemps TM to help a rapidly expanding fire & security specialist firm find an accomplished Fire Alarm Engineer.

Compensation Details

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between £32,000 and £36,000 annually.
  • A company vehicle will be at your disposal.
  • Travel costs will be reimbursed based on a door-to-door payment system.
  • A business-provided mobile phone will be available.
  • You'll participate in a 1-in-7-weeks call-out schedule.
  • Overtime opportunities exist.
  • You will receive 20 days' paid annual leave along with Bank Holidays.
  • Ongoing professional training and continuing education will be made available.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular servicing, remedial work, and small jobs on Fire Alarm systems.
  • You will perform AOAs (Annual Operating and Inspection) and emergency light maintenance tasks.
  • In some cases, you may need to perform extinguisher servicing.

Location

  • Your primary work area will cover Alton, Camberley, and Guildford.

Essential Requirements

  • Hold the necessary certifications and diplomas.
  • A UK driver's license is a requirement.
  • Having background knowledge in security systems would be advantageous.
