Job Overview:
In the pharmaceutical industry, a leading global healthcare company is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000-£58,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, evidence-based, customer-focused, and consistent occupational health services across the UK sites. Accountability and oversight of all UK occupational health policies and processes are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the individual will manage the OH team across the UK, ensuring clinical service delivery meets the needs of the business.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess relevant qualifications, such as a Registered Nurse (NMC) Part 3, postgraduate occupational health qualification, and an MSc/BSc in occupational health or related fields. Skilled audit and performance management capabilities are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving improvement in clinical performance and service delivery.

The role may involve traveling between various locations within the UK, including Stevenage, Ware, Worthing, Barnard Castle, or Montrose.
