Electrical Repair and Maintenance Technician
Location: South East London and Kent
Competitive hourly rate + van and fuel card
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to work for a leading social housing contractor. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in social housing properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services.
Working to deliver exceptional service, you'll join us to undertake electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area, while adhering to BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures, and the environment)
- City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
- Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
- Electrical Installations BS 7671 (2018) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses
- ECS Card - Gold or working towards
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
