Electricians (Installation, Maintenance & Testing)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Electrician to work for a large social housing contractor. As a Social Housing Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in social housing properties.
You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, maintenance, and testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality services while complying with BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area
- Comply with BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy
- Work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures, and the environment)
- City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
- Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
