About the Role

This is a temporary Intervention Tutor position, offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives. As an experienced teacher or SEN professional, you'll provide individualised support to students with complex needs in various settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-to-one with children who require extra support due to Autism, SEMH, or PMLD.
  • Develop tailored plans to enhance their knowledge in core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.
  • Use your skills to keep students engaged, motivated, and accessing the curriculum.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous SEN experience (teaching assistant, one-to-one, or other roles).
  • Ability to create engaging, supportive lessons for students with diverse needs.
  • Familiarity with managing challenging behaviours.
  • Strong communication and feedback skills.
