Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracted work on a £25m education project using the JCT D&B contract.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team.
  • Ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
  • Managing own projects individually, with experience working on 2-stage projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £70-88,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private health care, death in service, and excellent progression opportunities.
