Finance Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely service charge services are delivered, maximizing income collection and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor service charge accounts for leaseholder schemes.
- Maintain accurate service charge records in accordance with Group policies and procedures and external regulations.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of service charge services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of service charge setting in a complex business environment, as well as experience of housing-related systems, including accounting packages and development appraisal systems. You will also need to be able to adjust to new business environments, be a fast learner, and work with a broad range of staff in a wide-ranging business and culture.
