Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced operations lead to join our nightshift team at one of our busiest stores. As an operations lead, you will be responsible for setting the direction of travel for your area, coaching and motivating your team, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To set clear goals and objectives for your team and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve them
- To coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- To stay connected to the day-time leadership team to understand ongoing plans and priorities and ensure everything is set up and ready for our colleagues and customers in the morning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar operations or management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- A strong focus on customer service and a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
