Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Location: Castlepoint Shopping Park, Bournemouth

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Tuesday, Wednesday to Sunday

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Main Responsibilities:

This role involves a variety of tasks, including:

  • Carrying out cleaning duties and supporting the trolley collection team as required.
  • Wearing company-provided uniform at all times to maintain a professional image.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Following health and safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting the public in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Carrying out duties as directed by the supervisor and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting colleagues and undertaking ad-hoc duties as required.

Person Specification:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
