We are currently seeking a Regional Discipline Lead to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT.
This role is ideal for experienced engineers looking to take on a leadership position and shape the future of our water sector clients.
As a Regional Discipline Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, developing and implementing effective engineering solutions, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
