About the Role

The Event Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of match days and events. As a key member of the Retail Match Day Supervisor team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fan experience by leading the front-line selling effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Communicate expectations to employees under your supervision and provide training as needed.">
  • Ensure all working units are ready to trade, visually strong, and any issues are reported to management.">
  • Distribute staff members to allocated merchandise units and ensure timely opening and closure.">
  • Assist with customer service, till issues, and report product scanning errors.">
  • Lead stock counting and returns operations when necessary.">
  • Work extended hours on game days and varied shifts as required.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Prior leadership or management experience is preferred.">
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and direct teams.">
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.">
  • Average salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.">
