About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to our guests, ensuring that all operational procedures and standards are met, and striving to exceed personal and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, adhering to our spa's standards and protocols.
  • Assist the Senior Therapists team in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that all procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives, working closely with the Senior Therapists team to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of service excellence in a spa environment, with relevant NVQ or professional qualifications. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
