This ambitious owner-managed business is poised for significant expansion, with a projected doubling of turnover within the next two years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in identifying acquisition opportunities and taking them through to purchase and integration.

The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on financial strategy, as well as overseeing the group budget and ensuring that financial systems are robust. This will involve working closely with the Head of Finance and other department heads to achieve group targets. The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with significant experience operating at this level for an SME manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the wider business.
