Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our Business Process Management Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring integrations with deposit taking and servicing banks, as well as improving internal and external operations.

Your primary focus will be on managing changes related to technical, regulatory, or business developments, ensuring smooth operations with partner banks, investment products, and distribution partners. You will also be responsible for developing new processes and analyzing and optimizing existing ones.

As a Business Process Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from improving and creating processes to daily operational tasks, internal and external communication, and partner management. You will be given the full trust of the team and company to manage our most important processes and will have the opportunity to build the future of digital deposits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis, optimization, and ownership of core business processes
  • Internal and external stakeholder and partner management
  • Managing internal operational projects end-to-end in cooperation with business and technical teams
  • Analyzing data and operations, creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Support and responsibility for daily operational tasks
Requirements
  • You are a manager of one with an analytical mindset and an internal drive to leave things better than you found them
  • You are not afraid of learning and change and ask questions when things are unclear
  • You are curious and driven to solve problems and can communicate solutions and ideas clearly in spoken and written form
  • You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in business administration, economics, law, marketing, or a comparable field
  • First practical experience in start-ups or consulting companies is an advantage
  • You have a systematic and service-oriented approach to work and are very detail-oriented
  • You are able to work alone and be a great team player at the same time
  • Your high sense of responsibility goes hand in hand with the ability to work under pressure
  • You are a strong communicator, fluent in English (German and any other language is a plus)
