Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Test Solutions team within the Surveillance and Protection Technologies business group at Leonardo SpA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplined teams and ensuring effective implementation of the company's Life-cycle design reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of stakeholder needs and requirements to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Support the management of Suppliers and project Make or Buy decisions as required.
  • Managing upward reporting and management of Customer expectations in line with agreed solution.
  • Control project configuration and change management particularly with regard to design baselines and production build standards.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of a range of electronics technologies from dc to light or a good understanding of Systems/Software engineering lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of engineering life-cycle and business process.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per year, depending on experience. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for continuous learning and professional development through training and mentoring.
