Senior HSEQ Manager – Global Renewable Energy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ professional to join our team as Senior HSEQ Manager. As a key member of our European HSEQ Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing all HSEQ deliverables for utility scale Battery Storage projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental concerns
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standards across the European HSEQ Centre of Excellence
  • Progression to HSEQ Director within 2 years

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of HSEQ construction experience within the renewable energy sector (preferably BESS, Wind or PV)
  • Successful on-site project track record regarding all health, safety, environmental and quality topics
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in English
