HSEQ Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our team at Offshore Wind Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our Business Support department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our Group Policies, Procedures, and Guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HSEQ policies and procedures in alignment with Group directives.
  • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor and supplier performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage client feedback, incidents, and complaints.
  • Deliver HSEQ induction and training for staff and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on HSEQ objectives and KPI performance to senior management.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, UK. The successful candidate will have the right to live and work in the UK and will be required to travel within the region.

Requirements:
  • Internal Auditor training and proficiency in ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
  • Expertise in HSE & Quality systems, current legislation, and auditing.
  • Innovative thinker and skilled in concise, clear report writing.
