Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Glenholme. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior aspects of our properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
- Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, landscaping, electrical and plumbing repairs
- Control and manage maintenance stock and general compliance
- Ensure maintenance staff training is up to date and assist the Estates Manager as needed
Working Hours and Location:
You will be based at our facility in Spalding, but will be required to travel to other sites within the group on maintenance-related matters. The role holder may be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be asked to be on call to deal with facilities-related emergencies.

Requirements:
- Highly skilled and experienced in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as BTEC, City & Guilds, or NVQ Level 3
