Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their thriving team in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding industrial manufacturing company that has recently invested in state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in multi-skilled maintenance engineering, with a bias towards electrical systems. They will hold a relevant engineering qualification and be able to work on both electrical and mechanical equipment.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for leading projects and taking ownership of various tasks, providing a varied and challenging workload. They will also have access to industry-leading training and development opportunities, including a brand-new personal development scheme.
