Payroll Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for multiple clients with different pay frequencies, ensuring timely submissions to HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process payrolls for multiple clients, including starters, leavers, and pay changes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • RTI Reports: Submit RTI reports to HMRC and handle all payroll adjustments, including holiday pay, SMP, SSP, and SPP.
  • Payslips and Summaries: Calculate and issue payslips and summaries to clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Auto-Enrolment: Manage auto-enrolment pension submissions and handle client and employee payroll inquiries.
  • Payroll Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, BACS payments, and payroll processing for P45/P46s, P60s, with knowledge of Sage 50 payroll.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of payroll processing, including RTI reports, payslips, and auto-enrolment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with payroll systems, including Sage 50.
