We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team in Essex County Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a key part in providing social care services and exemplar social work practice within the Recovery Wellbeing Community Mental Health Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social care services and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes
- Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers
- Qualified Social Worker with a current Social Work England registration
- Experience of working in a Community Mental Health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
