Facade Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Manager to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the management of high rise brick envelopes, ensuring that all aspects of the building envelope are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of brickwork packages, including the coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Management of window installation packages in conjunction with our internal teams.
  • Management of cladding/roofing packages, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Management of scaffold installation and alterations, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Management of all building envelope QA, including the installation of fire barriers.
  • Joint management of deliveries onto site, ensuring that all materials are received and stored correctly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high rise construction, with a focus on brickwork, scaffolding, and cladding.
  • Experience working on RC frames over 10 storey, with a strong understanding of masonry support and scaffolding.
  • Experience working with hoist installation on high rise buildings, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple workfaces/levels, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working in compact sites with just-in-time deliveries, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Overall good knowledge and experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
