About the Role

Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Kirkby, Merseyside. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing timesheets and monitoring employee absences
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Credit control and accounts management
  • Overseeing office maintenance and supplies

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of using SAGE accounting software. This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week.

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
