About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Age Scotland. As a key member of our Information Team, you will provide administrative support for the fulfillment of information publication orders and the provision of online and face-to-face workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for the Information Team, including responding to email and phone enquiries from members of the public, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Work closely with the Information Team to ensure the smooth delivery of information publication orders and online and face-to-face workshops.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, members of the public, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Information Team.
