Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of complex IT infrastructure programs. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects, particularly those involving Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organisational strategy.
  3. Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance on the design, deployment, and optimisation of IT infrastructure solutions.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes, driving modernisation and innovation.
  5. Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring challenges are addressed promptly to keep projects on track.
  6. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical designs, and performance reports.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for project communications, delivering updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  8. Drive continuous improvement across IT infrastructure initiatives, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects, particularly those involving M365, Azure, and Intune.
  3. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in engineering and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  4. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects with a focus on IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.
  7. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
  8. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, M365) are highly desirable.
