Job Title: Rotating Equipment Specialist

At INEOS FPS, we are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Rotating Equipment Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our major rotating equipment across the South Assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing equipment behavior and performing root cause failure analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing improvement proposals in asset and maintenance management, including design out
  • Providing training and education to the Technician and Operator population
  • Conducting risk assessments and asset management to ensure safe operation of equipment
  • Commissioning and troubleshooting machinery systems
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent subject
  • At least 10 years of technical experience in a technical role in the refining, petrochemical or utilities industries
  • Conversant with relevant industry standards on major rotating equipment
  • Experienced in managing multi-disciplined engineering teams and coaching professional engineers
