Job Title: Rotating Equipment Specialist

Join Ineos FPS as a Rotating Equipment Specialist and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotating Equipment Specialist to join our team at Ineos FPS. As a key member of our Rotating Equipment Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze equipment behavior and perform root cause failure analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and implement improvement proposals to enhance asset and maintenance management, including design out and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical input to proposed changes under the Management of Change system and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize machinery strategy and business processes.
  • Support major machinery overhauls and upgrades, and commission new equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications for requisitions and manage future upgrades.
Requirements
  • Hold an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent subject.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience in a technical role in the refining, petrochemical, or utilities industries, with experience in rotating machinery.
  • Conversant with relevant industry standards and experienced in managing multi-disciplined engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and develop professional engineers.
