The successful candidate will work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Our SEN school in Chelmsford is committed to providing inclusive education and support to students with a range of SEN requirements. The role involves supporting the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers, assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and providing one-to-one support and small group interventions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
- Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
- Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
