We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a small village school in Weston-Super-Mare. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to support the learning and development of children in our year 3 class.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum and be able to use their initiative to adapt activities and resources to meet the needs of individual learners. You will be expected to hold high expectations for children's development, have great experience of positive behaviour management, and communicate clearly with the Class Teacher when assessing children's development.

As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where you will work closely with other staff members to create a positive learning environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively to support interventions and have a strong relationship with the pupils to adapt environments and lessons based on their emotional and educational state.
