Specialist Theatre Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist Theatre Operations Manager to join our established team in City Campus Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our productions, including sound design, lighting, rigging, and stage management.
This is a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) position with opportunities for flexible working, including evenings and occasional weekends. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to ensure seamless productions from design to operation. Key qualifications include:
- Level 2 English & Mathematics
- Industry relevant qualification as applicable by specialist function
- Previous industry experience working within theatre
You can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
