Job Title: Part-Time Tutor for SEMH Needs in Tottenham

Location: Greater London

Hourly Rate: £20 - £30

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to provide individualised English and Maths support to Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Tottenham, Greater London.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver targeted lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Evaluate students' learning progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • A recognised teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with students who have SEMH needs.
  • Familiarity with the KS3 English and Maths curriculum.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to establish a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Preferrably, additional training in SEMH support.
Working Conditions
  • This is a part-time, temporary assignment.
  • The work location is in Tottenham, Greater London.
